This Privacy Policy clarifies the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data on our website http://www.namac.ch (hereinafter “Website”) by NAMAC GmbH (hereinafter “we” or “us”) and provides information about the rights to which you are entitled. These rights are governed by applicable data protection laws.

Please note that further data will be collected from you before or within the framework of a possible conclusion of the contract and the subsequent execution of the contract. We will inform you about this separately.

3 Data collection on this website

3.1 Logfiles

Our website is based on WordPress and is hosted by WordPress.

In order to optimize and maintain our website, we log technical errors that occur when accessing our website. Furthermore, when using this website, information that the browser of your device transmits to our host provider is automatically collected. These are:

  • IP address and operating system of your device,
  • browser type, version, language
  • the date and time of the server request,
  • the website from which the access was made (referrer URL),
  • the status code (e.g. error message) and
  • the transmission protocol used (e.g. HTTPS/1.1).

This data is collected and stored by our host provider in order to optimize processes and processes, especially in connection with the use of our website and system security and stability.

3.2 Contact form

If you use our contact form, we will process your details from the request form for processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not need the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Company
  • E-mail address
  • Subject
  • Message content

We will use the information you provide to answer your request. If the GDPR is applicable, the basis for this data processing is Art. a, b and f GDPR.

3.3 Cookies

We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small files that are stored on your device and stored by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are automatically deleted when you leave our website. 4 Analysis Tools and Tracking

Our website uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies that allow you to analyze your use of the website. We have enabled the IP anonymization feature. This usually shortens your IP address by Google before being transmitted to the UNITED States. In exceptional cases, the full IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The information generated by cookies about your use of our website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. 4.2 Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps services from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland to display interactive maps and to provide directions. The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and in an easy search of the places indicated by us on the website.

When you visit a website of our website that contains Google Maps, your browser establishes a direct connection to Google’s servers. If you do not want Google to collect, edit or use data about you via our website, you can deactivate JavaScript in your browser settings or adjust the corresponding settings in your Google account via https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated. 4.3 Google ReCaptcha

We include the bot recognition feature when entering in our Google contact form (“ReCaptcha”) (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). This is primarily used to distinguish whether the input is made by a natural person or abusively by machine and automated processing. The service includes the sending of the IP address and, if necessary, other data required by Google for the service reCaptcha to Google. It is not excluded that data processing takes place outside the scope of Swiss or EU law. Among other things, the information can be posted to Google in the USA. 4.4 Webfonts

External fonts (so-called fonts) of the provider Google Fonts are used on our website. When you visit our site, your browser loads the required web fonts into their browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you are using connects to the GoogleFonts servers. GoogleFonts thus becomes aware that our website was accessed via your IP address. The use of The GoogleFonts web fonts takes place in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers.

In order to provide you with the information on our website, we work with various service providers, in particular WITH IT service providers, in order to be able to offer you a modern website. They use your data only in the context of order processing for us.
